Film Synopsis

When his first album proves to be an enormous success, rap artist Moussa is harangued by his record company to produce a follow-up.  Moussa decides that his second album will be about his life, his experiences living in a converted housing estate.  In search of inspiration, he begins to watch his neighbours more closely - Madame Gonzales and her husband; Paco, the new landlord, recently released from prison; and an old Algerian who is campaigning for an exclusively Muslim corner in the town cemetery...
