Film Synopsis
In Glasgow in the 1950s, Joe is hired by Les to work on his barge. One afternoon, the two men comes across the body of a young woman floating in the water. Is it an accident, a suicide or a murder? The police soon make an arrest, but it becomes apparent that Joe knew the dead woman. Meanwhile, Joe and Les's wife Ella are irresistibly drawn to one another and embark on a passionate love affair...© James Travers
