Un nuage dans un verre d'eau (2012)
Directed by Srinath Samarasinghe

Fantasy / Thriller

Film Synopsis

Monsieur Noun, a one-time Egyptian projectionist, and Anna, a young Rumanian prostitute, live in the same Parisian residence.  They may be separated by fifty years in age, but they have much in common, including a fondness for spaghetti westerns.  This unlikely relationship is captured on camera by Khalil, Monsieur Noun's taciturn grandson, a budding documentary filmmaker.  One day, Monsieur Noun goes missing.  His apartment has been turned upside down and there is a bloodstain on his pillow.  Anna begins her own investigation, assisted by the ghost of an old man and a flying goldfish...
