Film Synopsis

Three students of the Conservatoire decide to mount their own futuristic musical comedy, hoping that it will lead to success on Broadway.  Whilst Olivier, the most resourceful of the three, secures the financial support of his father-in-law, an upmarket dentist, the show's composer, Laurent, falls in love with Lucille, his wife's mother, a former Hollywood star.  After a disastrous first performance, Lucille and her ex-husband Harry come to the trio's rescue and allow them to succeed in their American dream.
