Film Synopsis

In the company of his confidante Doudo, T'choupi explores his new home, a village by the sea, with wonder.  The summer holidays stretching ahead of him will be filled with adventures and meetings and he has never known such happiness.  But T'choupi's joy is marred by jealousy as his family acquires a new addition, in the form of a baby sister.  But worse is to come.  Someone in the village is stealing the toys of all the children.  With the help of his new friends, Pilou and Lalou, T'choupi begins his own investigation to uncover the culprit...
