Film Synopsis

The French Institute of Management (IFM) has some impressive premises but it is really no more than a refuge for spoiled sons who learn nothing here.  Two of them, François and Victor, have grown tired of the machinations of the director, Dujardin.  Having attended a course on takeovers, they make up their mind to buy the IFM...
