Film Synopsis

A new housing estate has just been erected in the suburbs.  Within no time, it becomes the target for the delinquents in the area.  One of the tenants decides to take a stand against the young thugs and succeeds in restoring order.  In doing so, he earns the respect and gratitude of his neighbours.  He soon becomes indispensable and he begins to take advantage of his authority...
