Film Synopsis
Raphaël and Margot are a couple who are passionately in love with one another. He is a successful graphic design artist, she is a dancer at the height of career. Just when they could not be happier Margot discovers that she has an incurable cancer. It is a blow that neither can cope with and the awfulness of their situation soon begins to place an intolerable strain on their relationship. Violent mood swings affect them both, and as Margot's health begins to show signs of visible decline she forbids her lover from touching her. With her strength failing her, Margot continues dancing, increasingly to the point of exhaustion. As he watches his partner's mental and physical disintegration Raphaël realises that he cannot face the prospect of losing her...© James Travers
