Film Synopsis

In a village in the Vaucluse, Jacques, a schoolteacher, is pioneering a new method of teaching.  The children seem to be enjoying themselves, but their parents are less convinced of the efficacy of Jacques's methods.  Jacques courts even further controversy by working with a young woman, Julie, who lives with the teacher and her husband Simon.  Torn between two men, Julie no longer knows who she is...
