aka: That Should Not Be: Our Children Will Accuse Us
Film Synopsis
Barjac, a municipality in the southern French department of the Gard,
has adopted the brave initiative to introduce an organic-only diet in
the school canteen. But will such initiatives be enough?
Already the environment has sustained possibly irreversible
damage. The French countryside is poisoned by thousands of tons
of pesticides that are used each year, and wildlife will not be the
only casualty - human health is also at risk. One thing is clear:
if we don't act today to reverse this destructive trend our children
will never forgive us...

The best French Films of the 1920s
In the 1920s French cinema was at its most varied and stylish - witness the achievements of Abel Gance, Marcel L'Herbier, Jean Epstein and Jacques Feyder.
In the 1910s, French cinema led the way with a new industry which actively encouraged innovation. From the serials of Louis Feuillade to the first auteur pieces of Abel Gance, this decade is rich in cinematic marvels.
In his letters to his friends and family, Franz Kafka gives us a rich self-portrait that is surprisingly upbeat, nor the angst-ridden soul we might expect.
