Le Bois dont les rêves sont faits (2015)
Directed by Claire Simon

Documentary

Film Synopsis

The filmmaker Claire Simon desperately needs to escape from the hubbub of Paris.  She flees with her camera to the Bois de Vincennes, a haven of peace outside the capital where stressed out Parisians often go in search of tranquillity.  It is here that Claire has some unexpected encounters, meeting up with people who have made the wood their second home.  There is a man who comes here often to subject himself to his fitness regime, another who comes here for secret meetings, and a young prostitute looking for customers.  For each of them, this oasis of peace occupies a special part in their lives...
