Comedy

Film Synopsis

Kamel survives as best he can, mixing odd jobs with the occasional criminal exploit, in the deprived north suburbs of Paris.  One day, he has a revelation.  Why shouldn't he start his own company?  Naturally, his friends laugh at the idea but Kamel is determined to pursue his dream.  With the help of his 17-year-old girlfriend Edwige and her father, a company boss, he starts up his own business, financed with a state grant.   But running a company is not quite as straightforward as Kamel had imagined and he soon runs into trouble...
