Film Synopsis

For Eini, home is a remote house in the woods where she lives with her tyrannical father.  The little girl dares not challenge her father's conviction that the world outside is a dangerous place and that contact with others must be avoided at any costs.  And so she leads an unhappy life, imprisoned by a religious fanatic who constantly bullies and lectures her.  Through her grandmother, Eini begins to understand the reason for her father's antipathy towards the outside world and begins to see a way out of her present impasse.  Her one thought now is to escape and start a new life...
