Film Synopsis

In the summer of 1982, a reporter follows the activities of the police in Paris' fifth arrondissement over a period of several days and nights.  Among the incidents that are captured in this documentary, most and anodyne, but some are tragic.  From the usual spate of petty robberies to close encounters with drug and alcohol addicts, the police are kept busy every hour of the day...
