Film Synopsis

Stan has been detained in a prison hospital for dangerous madmen for the past five years.  Although he is believed to be responsible for a series of horrific killings, the police have been unable to find enough evidence to convict him, so, finally, he is released.  Not long after Stan leaves the hospital, the series of killings is resumed.  Coincidence?  Stan begins to hear voices and starts to have terrifying nightmares.  He becomes convinced that he is the killer...
