Film Synopsis

At forty, Antoine suddenly decides to give up his career as a musician.  He finds work as a caretaker in a block of flats where he strikes up a relationship with one of the residents, Mathilde.  The latter is preoccupied with a crack that has appeared in the wall of her living room.  Fearing that the building is about to come crashing down, Mathilde puts her trust in Antoine and they become an unlikely couple, each helping the other to get through a bad patch...
