Film Synopsis
Parisian sanitary inspector Michel Le Gorgues is charged with expelling five hundred African immigrants from a welcome centre that contravenes just about every health and safety standard in the book. Unwilling to give up their home, the inmates of the centre club together to invite an African holyman to Paris to try to overturn Le Gorgues's decision. On the plane to Paris, a young African named Lemmy takes the place of the old holyman, hoping to appropriate the five million francs the latter is owed for his intervention in France...© James Travers
