Film Synopsis

Nadine, a 20-year-old fashion model, is at a luxury hotel in Paris when she meets Fausto, an Italian waiter.  To impress the beautiful young woman, Fausto shows her one of the hotel's most expensive suites.  As he does so, he is disturbed by the room's present occupant and before he knows it Fausto is in prison, serving a two-year stretch for assault.  By the time he is released, Nadine's modelling career has taken off but she has not forgotten the good-looking Italian.  A passionate romance quickly ensues, and, with money 'borrowed' from Nadine, Fausto manages to open his own trendy nightclub.  But bad luck seems to follow the two lovers wherever they go.  A car accident appears to put paid to Nadine's career and Fausto is on the receiving end of a nasty beating.  Is their love strong enough to see them both through this unending storm of setbacks....
