Terry-Thomas was an English actor whose birth name was Thomas Terry Hoar Stevens. He was born in Finchley, London, England on 10th July 1911 and died in Godalming, Surrey, England on 8th January 1990, aged 78.

His best films as an actor include Roy Boulting's comedy Brothers in Law (1957), Mario Zampi's The Naked Truth (1957), John Boulting's I'm All Right Jack (1959), Robert Asher's Make Mine Mink (1960) and Robert Hamer's School for Scoundrels (1960).
