The Story of Robin Hood and His Merrie Men is an American adventure film first released on 26th June 1952, directed by Ken Annakin. Cinematography was by Guy Green and the film was scored by Clifton Parker. It stars Richard Todd, Joan Rice, Peter Finch, James Hayter and James Robertson Justice. It has also been released under the title: The Story of Robin Hood.   It is a RKO Radio Pictures production, produced by Perce Pearce and distributed by RKO Radio Pictures. Location filming was in Burnham Beeches, Buckinghamshire, England, UK.   It is a color film and runs to 1 hour and 24 minutes.
