It is in the midst of the worst winter ever that the government issues a decree that obliges all French citizens to take into their homes their less fortunate comrades for the duration of the cold spell.  Not everyone welcomes this good will initiative and a mood of panic soon asserts itself in one of the capital's most upmarket apartment blocks...
