La Carne is an Italian film drama first released in France on 21st August 1991, directed by Marco Ferreri. Cinematography was by Ennio Guarnieri. It stars Sergio Castellitto, Francesca Dellera, Philippe Léotard, Farid Chopel and Petra Reinhardt. It has also been released under the title: The Flesh.   It is a M.M.D. production, produced by Giuseppe Auriemma and distributed by Forum Distribution.   It is a color film and runs to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
