A young man is knocked down by a car on a pedestrian crossing.   The driver, a woman, is mortified by the accident.  She decides to take care of her victim and, in no time, falls in love with him.  Her husband is a selfish boar of a man and she has no qualms over leaving him to start a new life with her attentive invalid...
