Rufus is a French actor whose birth name is Jacques Narcy. He was born in Riom, Puy-de-Dôme, France on 19th December 1942.

His best films as an actor include Peter Kassovitz's La montre (1969), René Allio's Les camisards (1972), Sijie Dai's Le mangeur de lune (1994), Jean-Pierre Jeunet's Le Fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain (2001) and Jean-Pierre Mocky's thriller Les Insomniaques (2011).
