Synopsis

It is 31st December 1990. The ultimatum issued by the United Nations for Iraq to evacuate Kuwait expires in 15 days. If Saddam Hussein does not withdraw, the Allies have the authority to use military force. In Jerusalem, tensions are high. The Israelis fear that the Iraqi leader will launch a chemical and biological attack on their country. Luisa is a 23-year-old history student. Nathanaël is a young French painter. Like many others living in the Israeli capital, they await the expiry of the ultimatum with trepidation...
