Summary
Francis and his sister Monique are a pair of swindlers operating in the French Riviera.  Tired of their present situation, they decide to pull off one last job that will allow them to retire in comfort.  They plan to kidnap Zelda, the daughter of a wealthy American, but a smooth operation soon turns into a disaster...
