Summary
One of the battle-scarred survivors of the wars that ravaged the world in the early years of the Twenty-First Century, Tooroop has become a hardened mercenary, living alone in the wastes of New Siberia.   One day, he is contacted by Gorsky, the head of the local Mafia, and given a mission that he cannot turn down.  He must escort a young woman named Aurora from Russia to New York.  The journey proves to be long and hazardous, but Tooroop is kept in the dark as to the identity of the strange woman and the reason why the mission is so important...
